Join us for an unforgettable two-night culinary event as Tonka teams up with Singapore’s iconic Firangi Superstar. This exclusive collaboration celebrates modern Indian-inspired cuisine, blending the innovative styles of two culinary powerhouses.
The six-course menu is a masterpiece of shared creativity, with four courses crafted by Firangi Superstar and two by Tonka. Expect dishes like Firangi Superstar’s inventive ‘This is also not aloo gobi’—romanesco cauliflower, spiced potato foam, and cashew-raisin vinaigrette—and Tonka’s January showstoppers like slow-roasted lamb shoulder with Kerala curry.
Leading the charge are Chef Raj Kumar of Firangi Superstar, known for his inventive work at Michelin-starred Cut by Wolfgang Puck, and Tonka’s Chef Ricardo Galindo, formerly of Ipsos, Lorne. Together, they’ll guide you through a menu that reimagines Indian cuisine with global flair.
Guests will enjoy a drink on arrival, with additional beverages, including cocktails inspired by Firangi Superstar, available à la carte. To complete the evening, Tonka DJ and sommelier Major Thom will provide an electric yet laid-back soundtrack.
